Giving Tuesday | Supporting Families During Pregnancy and Infant Loss

As the holiday season approaches, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the blessings in our lives, but we are also aware of the challenges that families around the world are facing. NechamaComfort remains dedicated to offering support to those dealing with pregnancy and infant loss, and we need your help to continue making a meaningful impact.

This year, the number of clients seeking our assistance has doubled, and we are now reaching families on every continent, except Antarctica. Our virtual presence and engagement on social media have played a crucial role in connecting with individuals, couples, and extended families navigating the complexities of pregnancy loss. The advancements in medical technology have led more people to turn to NechamaComfort for guidance on their fertility journey.

For families in Israel, the experience of pregnancy and infant loss is uniquely challenging, especially when partners are serving in the IDF. We've reached out to these couples to let them know they are not alone during these difficult times.

Understanding the financial strain that accompanies such unexpected losses, NechamaComfort is committed to providing its services free of charge. Over the past two months, we've counseled 45 new families and assisted in the burial of ten infants whose lives were filled with the hopes and dreams of their parents.

In honor of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month in October, we conducted informative programs aimed at both our clients and the wider community. Our ongoing goal is to educate individuals and professionals on the delicate nature of this topic.

As the world grapples with numerous challenges, we invite you to join us in making a difference.

Consider the stories of individuals like Talia, navigating a miscarriage amid conflict, or Matt and Sheryl, whose fertility journey led to a stillbirth. Think about Alissa and David, who made the difficult decision to terminate their baby due to abnormalities.

Your donation can provide comfort and support, ensuring these families never feel the stigma of loneliness.

We are reaching out to you because we believe that with your support, we can continue to make a positive impact on the lives of those facing pregnancy and infant loss. Your donation, no matter the size, will make a difference.

Thank you for your ongoing support.
